Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our showroom consultants, maintaining the overall appearance of our showroom displays, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and manage our showroom consultants team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Display Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep of our showroom displays and brochures to ensure they are visually appealing and up-to-date.
• Client Support: Work closely with clients in the showroom to assist with their selections and provide expert advice on our products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and displays to provide accurate information to clients.
• Quoting and Estimating: Prepare and present quotes and estimates to clients based on their house plans.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as required.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the home building or renovation industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate level of computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
