Learning Environment Specialist

Developing and delivering engaging educational content to young children is a key objective of this role. We seek a dedicated Learning Environment Specialist who will create an attractive, warm, and challenging learning environment that promotes cognitive development and social growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners. Effective communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing curricula that align with early childhood education standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Providing guidance and support to teaching staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with liability insurance
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50lbs
