This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company in AU as a Voucher Administrator.
You will be working closely with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of voucher and gift card stock levels.
- Order Processing: Process site and client orders using our CRM system.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stocktakes at all sites.
- Customer Support: Provide a seamless customer experience, including monitoring email inboxes and sending out vouchers.
- Communication: Liaise with sales and Marketing teams to deliver electronic direct mail campaigns.
