Job Title:

Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, stock handling, and dispatch. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and managing replenishment to minimize discrepancies and waste.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all warehouse activities to meet productivity targets
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular audits
  • Implementing efficient processes for inventory control, handling of goods, and shipping operations
  • Promptly resolving customer queries and ensuring service excellence
  • Managing staffing levels, leading onboarding, and performance-managing team members
  • Ensuring timely, accurate reporting and communicating operational insights or issues with internal stakeholders to drive improvement

Requirements include three or more years' experience in warehousing or 3PL environments, two or more years in a warehouse supervisory role, a current Forklift licence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organization and time management abilities, high attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems, strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently and lead by example.
