We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Publicis Groupe Australia. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing employee engagement and developing digital assets that strengthen our internal communications and support various company events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable using digital content creation tools and platforms, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and curation of content for monthly employee newsletters, leveraging external content from all agencies within the business, and managing content calendars to schedule invites into company-wide calendars.

You will also create and assist with targeted electronic direct mail (EDMs) for single communications, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing, Learning and Development teams, and Talent Acquisition. Additionally, you will utilise video as a communication channel across the business, assist in planning and managing the Marcel ANZ Community Page, and coordinate and create content for digital assets, office screens, town halls, and events.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality with discretion. You will also build and maintain positive relationships with employees across the business to encourage participation in people stories and user-generated content.
