Seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team at the Dandenong Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are physically fit.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus opportunities for overtime and career progression within the company.

About the Role

This is a physical role that requires repetitive lifting, packing, and palletizing of grocery products. You will be responsible for picking orders using a voice headset, allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas, operating transporters and warehouse equipment, and working up to 40 hours per fortnight.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced supportive environment
  • Physical fitness/ability to lift up to 25kg in selected departments
  • Flexibility with working hours on day, midday, and afternoon shifts
  • Experience with voice picking highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPIs
  • Willingness to learn and develop existing skills
  • A current driver's licence and own transportation
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
