About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Agribusiness Valuer to join our high-performing team based in Sydney. As a senior member of our national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will work across Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

You will have valuation exposure to a wide range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality advice and valuation services on time and in line with clients' requirements
  • Travel interstate and to regional/remote areas of NSW to undertake site inspections
  • Meet individual budgets and assist with preparing, monitoring, and updating budgets and forecasts for the division
  • Follow up debtors and implement marketing initiatives to contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Attend client/industry events to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Ancillary responsibilities as may be required from time to time by your supervisor or other management staff

Requirements and Qualifications

  • RPCA qualifications or equivalent experience in rural property valuations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
