Grinding Specialist

About the Role

The Grinding Specialist is responsible for grinding or punching castings according to designated process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place finished work in designated storage containers and dispose of scrap materials in specified areas.
  • Inspect parts for defects and measure them to determine accuracy using standards, templates, or other measuring devices.
  • Read job procedures to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
  • Monitor machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.
