Sales Representative

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the store.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness to ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues and customers.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs for the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales excellence and provide superior customer service.
  • Provide expert knowledge on products and services to customers.
  • Ensure shop presentation is maintained at all times, including stocked shelving and a clean showroom.
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards to create an inviting environment for customers.
  • Demonstrate reliability and commitment to shifts, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Have a genuine passion for motorcycles and retail.
About You:

As a motorcycle enthusiast with existing retail experience, you enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers. You are a fun and enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, has a strong 'customer comes first' attitude, and is driven to achieve targets. Availability for weekends is essential, and a 7-day roster would be an advantage.

Key qualities include being proactive, driven, and conscious of workplace safety at all times. A 'can-do' approach and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are also essential.
