Job Title: Business Data Analyst

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing complex employer plans and clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the leadership team in delivering initiatives that enhance data integrity and accuracy.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex employer plans and clients.
  • Analyze data scenarios, investigate root causes, and drive timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years' experience in an analytical or operations role within the superannuation industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with defined benefit superannuation funds.
  • Solid knowledge of superannuation rules and regulations.
