Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to assist in managing minor projects and coordinating maintenance activities for various government and commercial sites.

  • Arrange, procure, and manage vendors or subcontractors to complete maintenance works.
  • Develop tenders for minor works and oversee project specifications from quotations to completion.
  • Manage the delivery of maintenance services with minimal impact on site operations.
  • Inspect completed works by external subcontractors and ensure satisfactory results.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, stakeholders, visitors, and contractors.
Requirements:

This role requires an energetic, organized, and confident professional with experience juggling multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Trade qualifications or technical aptitude to manage diverse maintenance projects.
  • Proven experience in leading projects from scoping to completion, including tendering, sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Essential Safety Measures and risk management principles.
  • A collaborative team player who is motivated by making a difference in a socially aware organization.
