The company specializes in providing comprehensive tree services and plant care solutions. As a Secondary Climbing Arborist, you will be involved in various aspects of tree work, including pruning and removals.

Your responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment, hand tools, and power equipment, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment. You will also lead a pruning crew, ensure tools and supplies are loaded on the truck, and assist the Crew Leader in setting up the work zone.

In addition, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team in a positive manner, reviewing work with customers, conducting post-job walkthroughs, collecting payments, and supervising the tree crew during pruning and removal operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be a team player with a positive attitude, and have a valid driver's license. A CDL class A or B License with airbrake endorsement is preferred, as well as a minimum of 3-5 years climbing experience and/or 5 years documented foreman experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Completing job briefings and assisting the Crew Leader in setting up the work zone
Leadership Responsibilities:
