• Provide high-quality patient care and treatment, utilizing evidence-based diagnoses and therapies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Support the growth and development of junior team members through mentoring and coaching.

• Hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC).
• Be registered with the relevant veterinary board or hold AVA membership.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
