Safe Places For Children is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and supervision to young people in a supportive and homely setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and walk alongside young people who are in need and vulnerable, aiming to build life skills and a healthy productive future.
  • Build trust and relationships with young people, enabling them to work through challenging life situations and create a brighter and more promising outcome.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the well-being and safety of our young people.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent.
  • Currently enrolled in a Cert IV Youth Work or equivalent with transferrable skills.
  • Australian Drivers Licence.
  • A positive and resilient attitude.
