As a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centred services to paediatric and adult clients. You will utilise your expertise to create real impact in people's lives by conducting functional capacity, ADL, sensory, and environmental assessments. You will work closely with participants and families to set SMART goals, prepare detailed clinical and risk assessments, and develop tailored intervention plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • ">
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (OTBA) with professional indemnity insurance.">
  • 1-2 years' experience in community, disability, paediatric, or adult practice (new grads welcome with strong placements).">
  • Clinical reasoning skills, excellent written communication, and confidence in AT prescription and minor home mods.">
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding, and documentation requirements.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, telehealth platforms, and EMR/CRM systems.">
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening, DHS/WWCC, National Police Check, and SA driver's licence.">
  • Complex AT and home modification experience.">
  • Paediatric sensory processing interventions and school collaboration experience OR adult neuro/rehab expertise.">
  • Training or experience in clinical supervision and guiding AHAs/students.">
