About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and be part of a fresh and vibrant retail environment. You'll work alongside a talented group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and be available to start at 5am or finish as late as 11pm. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Stocking: You'll be responsible for maintaining high merchandise levels by aligning stock, collecting and returning stray items, and stocking shelves. You'll also cut boxes for display/accessibility of merchandise and mark merchandise numbers on unmarked items.
  • Display and Presentation: You'll construct and assemble display models as necessary and modify displays for safe handling by members. This may include bolting heavy equipment or taping blade edges.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: You'll pull loose cardboard and slip-sheets from the floor, clear the sales floor of debris, sweep, and remove empty pallets. You'll also operate the cardboard baler and trash compactor.
  • Customer Service: Providing prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers is essential. You'll assist members with loading large items into their carts, direct them to merchandise, and relate merchandise status knowledge.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary and a range of benefits, including medical insurance, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.
