Job Summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to promote health, wellness, and independence for our clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough OT assessments for clients with multiple and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized OT plans to support clients in their daily lives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and reablement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in OT.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with postgraduate experience.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
