Job Coach Opportunity

The Job Coach role is a dynamic opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment. You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients towards job-readiness and enable opportunities for employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities.
  • Reverse market clients to employers.
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience.
  • Ideal demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment.
