Freight Dispatcher

Casual Concrete Delivery Driver – a role that offers more than just driving from point A to B. As an Agitator driver, you will provide high levels of customer service to clients, becoming the face of our business. You will make multiple deliveries throughout the day and interact with various people.

• Operate batch plant equipment.
• Utilize Front-End Loader (experience with operating heavy machinery is desirable).
• Based at Toowoomba Concrete Plant under supervision.
• Typically start between 4:00 am and 6:00 am; work for up to 8+ hours per day, around 40–50 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates.
• Monthly travel may be required within the region; meals and accommodation are provided.
• Interact with customers and represent our organization on site.
• We provide technology to keep you safe, map routes, and track loads.
• All new starters participate in a 10-day training program before working independently.

• Hold a minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred).
• You enjoy meeting people and having conversations onsite.
• You prefer variety in your working life; no two days are the same when driving one of our Agi trucks.
• You take pride in maintaining the appearance of your truck. It serves as a mobile billboard and people notice dirty trucks.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is conducted on our sites).
