Electrical Fire Protection Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. This role will require the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment, with strong prioritizing skills and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Surveying customer premises and recommending fire protection and safety systems and equipment,
• Identifying, testing, servicing, repairing fire protection, safety systems and equipment,
• Completing and providing evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner,
• Inspecting, testing, and maintaining fixed fire systems including fire indicator panels,
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships,
• Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision,
• Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments,
• Reporting works progress and performance by complete productivity reports.

Requirements
• Experienced Fire Technician with sound knowledge of applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment,
• Electrical 'A' Grade licence and EHAL advantageous,
• Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS) accreditation and Cabling licence preferred but not mandatory,
• Unrestricted work rights and Current Driver's licence required,
• Construction industry white card or ability to obtain one.
