We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our team. As a Graduate Valuer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property valuation and gain valuable experience working with our expert teams.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are looking to start their career in property valuation. You will work closely with experienced valuers and other professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.

  • You will be responsible for undertaking and assisting with providing professional, expert and authoritative property and valuation information and technical expertise that is consistent with legislation, policy and community standards and expectations.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as rating and taxing, compulsory acquisitions and special valuations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Student Member or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute.
  • Completion of, or undertaking, qualifications that meet the eligibility requirements to apply for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute - noting that any qualification being undertaken must be completed or be eligible for completion by end of 2025.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
