About the Role

The Inventory Control Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate and appropriate levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving scheduled cycle counts to make informed decisions on what stock needs to be adjusted.
  • Utilizing and interpreting data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • Consistently monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and following up with the store team as necessary.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and working in partnership with Senior Management and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail stock management experience, preferably in an inventory control or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable).
  • A suitable level of physical fitness, as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weigh up to 15kg.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
