About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales and retention team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and ensuring our existing members have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset - you can provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members

  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
