Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are a global leader in the renewable energy industry, expanding rapidly since our humble beginnings. Our innovative approach to customer care sets us apart from the competition.

As a valued member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Expert Guidance: Share knowledge with customers on maximizing savings from solar and battery usage.
  • Progress Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their solar installations.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Ensure seamless maintenance efforts and update customers accordingly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance our knowledge base to drive continuous enhancement.
  • Tech-Savviness: Collaborate with our sales team by keeping them informed about customer issues.

You must have:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, call centre or similar roles.
  • Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office.

Bonus points:

  • Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Currently studying something related to energy, electronics or IT.

  • Availability between 8am and 6pm on weekdays (rotating roster).
