About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Bonds Robina store during the Christmas period.

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility to work weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times, including public holidays and sale periods. The successful candidate will be required to work from November 2024 to January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and assisting them in locating items.
  • Ensure the store remains visually appealing by replenishing stock and maintaining a tidy environment.
  • Create a magical shopping experience for customers during the festive season.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure success.
Requirements
  • You must be a people person, confident in engaging with customers and providing a memorable shopping experience.
  • Ability to multitask, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining focus on key tasks.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and proactivity, with a willingness to show initiative, problem-solve, and ask questions when needed.
