We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Venue Manager. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include inspiring the team with strong leadership and building a culture that is motivated and always ready to perform at its best. You will also be responsible for leading operational teams, training and mentoring staff, and driving financial performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing budgets, rosters, and operational costs. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.

As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the venue reflect our brand, energy, and high standards. This includes maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive work culture.

  • 2 years' experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in restaurants or pubs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certification.
