As an Infrastructure Project Controls Leader, you'll be part of our growing Rail & Light Rail/Transportation team in Austin, Texas. We're looking for experienced professionals at all levels to join our teams supporting diverse construction projects and programs across the country.

You'll have the opportunity to work with world-class clients on cutting-edge projects and build a successful career with a company that offers the highest levels of support at every stage.

We're seeking someone who is looking to make a difference and has an inclusive and collaborative mindset. You'll have knowledge and experience of established project delivery frameworks and the vision to challenge these ways of working to bring about better outcomes for our clients and our teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Project Controls services, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Growing the brand through business development and client relationships
  • Inspiring the project controls team across a variety of infrastructure projects, covering rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, and renewables
  • Being a key point of contact for clients
  • Creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the marketplace
  • Growing and developing exceptional people for your team
  • Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Full working rights and currently living in the United States
  • A recognized degree qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar
  • Infrastructure experience is a prerequisite, especially in the power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, or road sectors
  • A passion for mentoring the team and the future generation
  • A track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level
  • A clear understanding to implement strategies for growth, with clear relevance to the local market context
  • The ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans or parametric cost models

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
