Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer Technician to join our team at Global Skilled Employment Services. As a Mechanical Engineer Technician, you will be responsible for completing hands-on activities to fabricate, assemble, erect, test, maintain, and repair equipment and components in line with industry best practice, company standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical engineering tasks, including fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of equipment and components.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex mechanical engineering problems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in mechanical engineering technology or similar.
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
