Warehouse Associate Role

Best BM is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to assist with warehouse duties on a permanent full-time basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading trucks for daily delivery runs using a forklift and stock picker equipment
- Managing dispatch, tracking operations, logistics & inventory management systems
- Supervising and assisting with unloading incoming goods from containers
- Providing excellent customer service with pickup enquiries
- Assembling flat pack items and ensuring quality control
- Assisting with service calls and maintaining professionalism
- Communicating day-to-day duties and responsibilities with the Managing Director
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse environment
- Valid LF Forklift license required, LO Stockpicker license preferred
- Proficient with tools and able to perform minor repairs
- MR/HR license highly regarded but not essential
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistic systems
- Positive work ethic and strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
