Job Role
  • Direct the financial performance of our retail stores to ensure optimal results.
  • Develop, coach and motivate your team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales growth.
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance store productivity, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the management team to drive business outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment is essential.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large and diverse teams, with expertise in business and individual development strategies.
  • Strong values that reflect commitment to safety, customer focus and motivation of staff to excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control.
