Placement Coordinator

Placement Opportunity

We are seeking a Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in coordinating and supporting placement activities, you will work closely with faculty, students, and industry partners to ensure placements run smoothly and expectations are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with the team and academic areas to support student placements
• Provide guidance to faculty staff, industry partners, and students regarding placement requirements, expectations, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of placement activities on internal systems, including compliance status, placement site information and participation
• Liaise diplomatically with diverse stakeholders to ensure consistent and current communication of WIL policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement of placement processes through active participation in planning and review cycles
• Navigate challenges with diverse stakeholders and resolve misunderstandings with empathy and professionalism

Your attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and collegial approach make you a trusted colleague and a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
