CEM is wholeheartedly committed to excellence in education so students are well known, well loved and well taught by dedicated trained staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting new students and their families to integrate into the school and local community
  • Monitoring social and emotional wellbeing of Defence students
  • Supporting children during times of parental absence

The role involves developing implementing programs and resources that address issues and needs monitoring student progress recording support delivered using the Schools Student Information System supporting students to integrate and connect with peers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong organisational time management skills ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive information positive attitude strong interpersonal skills attention to detail accuracy of data collection and reporting an active Christian faith regularly attending church.
