About Our Manufacturing Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Extrusion Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various equipment, including extrusion lines and down-stream machinery, to produce high-quality pipe products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate material handling and blend systems, ensuring that all materials are processed efficiently and safely
  • Maintain the quality of pipe throughout the manufacturing process, adhering to strict quality control standards
  • Continuously strive to achieve targets related to the production of pipe, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • A current Forklift Licence is essential
  • Previous experience in FMCG/continuous batch manufacturing/heavy industrial operations or related manufacturing industries is highly desirable
  • Solid literacy and numeracy skills are required, as well as mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for automation
  • A strong commitment to safety work practices and demonstrated risk awareness is necessary
