The Role

Warehouse Technicians are our e-scooter experts responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet. They also conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure our e-scooters are safe and functional. Additionally, they play a key role in safely charging e-scooter batteries and upholding high workplace health and safety standards in our warehouse and workshop facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform e-scooter repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on e-scooters
  • Safely charge e-scooter batteries
  • Ensure high workplace health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Have a suitable smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Be able to work at least 10 hours per week (up to 38 hours maximum)
  • Be flexible to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends
  • Be able to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg
  • Have some mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting experience (highly preferred)
  • Be a fast learner and comfortable working with technology and power tools
  • Have a high attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Be a team player who works well with others and can handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Be at least 16 years old to apply for this role
