Job Opportunity: Clinical Leadership
We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to take on a leadership role within our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to a diverse caseload, while also mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.
About the Role- Therapy Services: Deliver comprehensive therapy services to children and adults, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Leadership: Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other teams and stakeholders.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement, implementing evidence-based solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in speech pathology, with a strong background in clinical leadership.
- Current SPA registration or eligibility.
