About the Role:

As a key member of our team at ACRWORLD, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements relevant to renewable energy projects, including power purchase agreements, grid and supply agreements, MoUs, O&M, D&C, and EPC contracts.
  • Handle energy-related procurement, claims, and disputes matters.
  • Support the EPC team in negotiating and drafting subcontract documentation, assessing contractual risk, and developing solid commercial agreements.
  • Provide legally sound advice that balances commercial and strategic considerations with legal risks arising from the company's development pipeline and operational portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with a Master's degree highly regarded.
  • Valid practicing certificate.
  • 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within the renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in drafting, managing, and negotiating complex contracts like EPC, PPAs, D&C, O&M, etc.
  • Experience working with external counsel and managing legal budgets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate potential legal issues and develop mitigation strategies.
