We're seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at YHA Australia. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced, premium establishment, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks, operating a point-of-sale terminal, and maintaining the café area to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving food and drinks, including taking orders and operating a point-of-sale terminal.
  • Maintaining the café area to food safety standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working collaboratively with the café team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
