Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Professional. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to consumers in the Northwest.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Care Delivery: Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals in need, ensuring they receive the best possible support for their mental health rehabilitation.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate clinical rehabilitation services that promote recovery, reduce disability, and minimize functional decline associated with mental illness.
- Intersectoral Links: Develop and maintain a network of partnerships within the sector, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Practice Guidance: Provide guidance and support to clinicians on a day-to-day basis, helping them navigate complex clinical situations.
- Matter Escalation: Serve as a point of contact for escalating clinical and operational matters, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- A qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy, enabling eligibility for membership in relevant professional associations and/or registration through AHPRA.
