About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and shape the technological roadmap of a innovative startup. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into technical requirements, and drive the execution of the product roadmap. Take ownership of product delivery and quality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
- Strong technical background in software development with expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres, along with experience in building event-driven, test-driven, and stateless systems.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strong product ownership with a focus on increasing team velocity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve their best.
