Financial Analyst for Property Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Group Finance team at GPT GROUP. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to drive business decisions.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced finance professionals to prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business strategies. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including mandate accounting, reporting, and tax compliance. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us achieve our financial goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Prior accounting experience (Big 4 would be an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of property/funds management sector
  • Experience with SAP and/or HFM (desirable)
