Our restaurant is seeking a high-energy Section Waitstaff to join our Front of House team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confidently manage 7-8 tables and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple tables and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop skills in events, wine knowledge, and menu promotion to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous waitstaff experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
  • Current RSA certificate.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed.
