As the parent company of major retailers such as Sportspower, JT Surf, Rivalry Urbanwear, and Sports Runouts, Zorich Group aims to deliver premium sport, surf, and street wear products to local communities and clubs.

With 16 locations across Adelaide and over 220 staff, Zorich Group strives for customer and employee satisfaction in everything we do.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail team, working with premium products and brands. As a Sales and Service Associate, you will contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members.

  • Offer exceptional customer service and create unforgettable shopping experiences.
  • Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards.
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs.
  • Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments.
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable.
  • Availability to work late nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and some public holidays.
