The University of Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections and relationships with our alumni across Australia and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute an Annual Plan: Formulate and execute an annual plan and schedule of alumni engagement activities to meet the Consortium's alumni and stakeholder engagement goals.
- Maximise Reputational Capital: Maximise the reputational capital from the consortium from the collective achievements of its 4,800+ strong alumni body.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with the Consortium's alumni and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
- Communication and Marketing: Develop and implement effective communication and marketing strategies to promote the Consortium's activities and achievements to alumni and stakeholders.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events, conferences, and other activities to engage alumni and stakeholders, and promote the Consortium's mission and values.
- Relevant Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial Experience: Substantial relevant experience in designing and implementing alumni outreach and engagement activities at an appropriate level.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence priority setting, allocation of resources, and long-term planning.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including digital literacy and the ability to craft compelling messaging and effective communications for a diversity of audiences.
