We are seeking caring and dependable support workers to provide high-quality in-home care services for clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes or short-term accommodation settings.

  • Provide quality in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care, household duties, meal preparation, medication management, transportation to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver holistic care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged and Disability, or Home and Community Care.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Working with Children's Check and criminal History check.
  • NDIS Screener (if applicable).
  • A current driver's license with comprehensive or third-party car insurance and a reliable vehicle.
