Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize store operations for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure staff positioning based on shop activity levels.
  • Maintain shop standards and ensure accurate pricing information.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Communicate shift information and policies clearly.
  • Assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
  • Track daily sales and supervise inventory management.
  • Organize shift plans and improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote quality customer service and maintain feedback channels.
  • Manage cashiers and ensure efficient cash handling procedures.
  • Improve operational standards to enhance customer experience.
  • Evaluate store employees with the Shop Manager.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and manage absences effectively.
  • Conduct staff briefings on shift information and policies.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to shop personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with prior retail experience, a proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.

Strong Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. Strong organizational abilities, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment, will also help you succeed in this role.

Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees is required. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will also be beneficial.

About You:

Previous retail experience is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of success in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.

Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Organizational abilities, combined with a passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment, will serve you well.
