Job Profile

A Digital Solution Advisor plays a crucial role in mapping product capabilities to client requirements, supporting the selling of solutions and services with expertise in digital sales techniques.

As a domain expert and spokesperson for designated solutions or product segments, this role is responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients.

Please note that the nature of this role requires the successful candidate to be physically located in Sydney, so we will only consider applications from this location.

Main Responsibilities

These are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Deal Support: The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will be instrumental in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored for discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives.
  • Demand Generation: A key aspect of this role is leading webinars, aligning with Marketing and DG priorities, and ensuring we're always a step ahead in our outreach.
  • Digital Content for Customer-Facing Situations: Mastery over SAP offerings allows you to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, aligning content with advanced solution insights and market trends.
  • Sales Enablement: With advanced knowledge, the role of a Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist in sales enablement is pivotal, leading training sessions, imparting nuanced understanding, and actionable insights to ensure the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients.

Experience and Language Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Candidate should bring a distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise, with a solid foundation of > 5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role, with a demonstrated proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform together with a demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement
  • Candidate should have a track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations, adeptly handling technical challenges, and building collaborative bridges between sales, technical, and digital teams
  • Experience in driving digital transformation in presales, advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools, and steering teams through intricate digital sales cycles is imperative
  • Conversational English required
