Dental Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Coordinator to join our team at Primary Dental in Robina. As a key member of our dental support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional chairside dental assistance to our dentists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with instrument reprocessing and sterilization procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Advise patients on their care and treatment options, providing clear and concise information.
- Foster strong relationships with our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide administrative support, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A Cert III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years of dental assisting experience preferred.
