Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Hervey Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients and their families, conducting care assessments, and preparing care plans to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing client needs and building strong connections
  • Conducting care assessments and preparing care plans
  • Providing some nursing care and in-home care services as needed
  • Handling information requests, feedback, and general enquiries
Qualifications
  • EN/RN in community nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Cert III/Cert IV (Aged/Disability Care) minimum 4 years experience
  • Experience within the aged care/disability/mental health in a community setting
Preferred Skills
  • An outgoing personality with high energy levels, good communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think quickly under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
