We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Recreational/Ninja Coach. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for gymnastics and children's development, as well as excellent staff management and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging coaching programs for recreational gymnasts and ninjas
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and client engagement
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure consistency and quality in our programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Subject to a cleared Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated programming experience and knowledge of the gymnastics industry
  • Excellent staff management, development, and training skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Desirable Criteria:
  • Advanced Coaching Accreditation or equivalent
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
