Tasmanian Allied Health Professional

As a Speech Pathologist with Searson Buck, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering best practice therapies and state-of-the-art solutions to our Allied Health clients across Tasmania.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care, advice, and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant's conditions and clinical needs.
- Continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality and modify plans accordingly.
- Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and to develop and offer best care, ensuring that participant care is integrated and effective.
- Communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding, and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans, and actions.
- Experience and qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Active membership of Speech Pathology Australia or a willingness to attain it.
- Current or ability to apply for Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current driver's license.
- National Police Check (no older than 3 months).

We offer a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
